Back Scratchin'...

The first issue of Australian ezine Eclecticism, edited by Craig Bezant, has reached virtual press and includes my horror tale Blind Man's Bluff.

Each issue will have a particular theme (which my story is a part of this quarter) but also paints - as the title suggests - upon a broader canvas. Horror, romance, comedy. You name it, it'll probably be in there. You can download it for free, so go on... what are you waiting for?

As writers (if indeed, you are one) we need to support the small press market in any way we can, and the best way to do so is by grabbing on to what is out there and feeding back what we think to those concerned; editors, authors, etc. So don't be shy. If we want to help ourselves we have to help each other along the way.

Good words, Brian. I'll take a look at the mag, it sounds great. And yes, small presses will only survive if we support em...

Hi Brian, nice to stumble upon your blog and instantly get two recommendations for publication links, thank you! And yes, we must support small presses. Will let you know when my small-press-published short story collection comes out next year so you can support it (and me!) :)
