We're Off To See The Wizard...

Well, not quite, but Disney anyway, and that's the next best thing isn't it?

We have two weeks in Orlando very soon, and by the end of the fourteen days I'm sure I will have been up and down and all around so many times I'll be feeling dizzy for many days to follow. There are a total of ten parks, most of which have several 'amusements' designed to make me sweat and lose my lunch.

I don't mind most rides but the thing is, I'm not a great lover of rollercoasters. At least, I've never been on any major ones because I'm too much of a pussy! However, I know that the wife has every intention of going on anything and everything, so in the great male tradition of not being outdone by a woman I'm just going to have to grit my teeth and get on with it.

What am I - a man or a Mouse?

Take five valium an hour before you need to do what has to be done. Your missus will hold you in such awe in the manner you can easily sit through the most scariest of things. Your mind...will be a million miles away......

Everest is great. I didn't open my eyes the whole time and I missed the Yeti.

Tower of Terror nearly killed me. Great ride! Wear a neck brace if possible.

Highly recommended: Soaring in Epcot Center. Worth any wait but see below.

Best hint: For Disney only. Go around and snag fast passes between every ride for the next ride after. Then, you can just return during your designated time. You can only get one or two passes ahead, but good coordination and following the map allows you to maximize that hideous entry fee.

Have fun!
